Automobile sheet metal forming machine (commonly known as: Meson machine) is a kind of equipment used by auto repair shops to repair sunken sheet metal. It adopts the principle of resistance contact welding, without adding any other flux, welding wire and welding rod, and uses the instantaneous output of large current. Weld the car body metal and auxiliary rivet parts together, then pull out the sunken car sheet metal, and then carry out shaping, leveling and restoration.
Main principles, functions and features
1. Working principle: Use the resistance heat generated when low voltage and high current pass through the automobile sheet metal and auxiliary pulling accessories to melt the metal in the contact part, and use the extrusion force of the electrode of the welding torch to fuse them together to achieve the purpose of welding.
